Because PATHS Education LLC products include curriculum and other intellectual property, we have specific guidelines to ensure product integrity.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• A valid proof of purchase or original order receipt is included

Opened or used curriculum materials, kits, or instructional content are generally not eligible for return, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of the damaged item and packaging, if applicable

Eligible claims will receive a replacement item at no additional cost. If a replacement is not available, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Opened or used classroom kits and/or materials contained within the kits are generally not eligible for return, unless specific items are defective or damaged upon arrival.
